The Processing time is 1-3 days per order. 

*Once you complete a purchase it CANNOT be cancelled for any reason.*

The shipping and billing address must match as it is, makes sure all the information is correct so your order is shipped in a timely manner. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

*If you are not happy with your purchase, we will except all returns and issue a full refund. To qualify for a refund, you must initiate a return WITHIN 3 DAYS of delivery. Simply send us an email to start the process.  All returns must be in salable condition. Returns with any of the following will be rejected:

•Worn merchandise 

•Damaged merchandise

•Markings of any kind 

•Foreign odors

***Customer is responsible for "ALL" shipping cost on all returns. ***sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange only. If we determine your item is not in salable condition we will issue you a store credit to be used on our website (store credit will be minus shipping cost). Credit must be used within 60 days of issuance, or it will be forfeited. IMPORTANT IMPORTANT IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All orders come with a tracking number. If package is marked as "delivered", you should contact the carrier for any delivery issues.

 

 


ORDERS

All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, this may result in an item selling out before the order is processed. 

A tracking confirmation and email (or sms message) will be sent when processing and handling is completed.

In the case that a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, all orders have insurance and the customer takes all responsibility for claims with the shipping carrier.

HOLIDAY SEASON SHIPMENTS

*Due to the holidays and the high volume of packages that are shipped daily, a lot of packages are being delayed momentarily, as we strive to provide excellent customer service, this is completely out of our hands. So be patient with receiving your package and with the updating of your tracking number.“
